The fabric we use is made of top-quality and it’s 100% natural.

We use a special kind of printed fabric that offers a breathable and antiperspirant quality without creating any feeling of plasticity.

The textile dyes on our fabrics and printings contain no substances that are harmful to human health.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

Wash with similar colors at a maximum of 30 celcius without bleaching. We suggest that you iron on the reverse side for maximum longevity.

SIZES

We suggest that you put one of your favorite t-shirts or tops on a flat surface in the process of finding out your size.

You should measure the distance between neck and shoulder joint down to the lowest part to find the height, as well as the distance between your armpits to determine the width.

SHIPPING

WHICH SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?

Domestic shipments in France are handled with Lorem and Ipsum; and international shipments are handled with DHL and UPS.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Withing France, 1-3 business days. For international shipments, delivery time varies from 2 to 7 business days, if not stuck at custom check procedure at the destination

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping cost is not applied for France and some other countries as well. On the other hand, for some international deliveries, additional shipping fees might be added to the total order amount. For more detail about shipment costs for countries, please click.

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the France may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. You may contact to your customs office for more information about delivering packages from France.

RETURN POLICY

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

DEAF applies 100% Customer Satisfaction policy. Do you want to return something? No problem!

DEAF stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hopes you’re happy with your item. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us whenever you want, in new and unworn condition with original packaging, and we will happily issue a refund.

For return process, you may get in touch for support or fill in the return form in your received parcel, pop it inside your return parcel with the related item/s, use the return address label attached to this form and secure it to the parcel, then ship the parcel to DEAF’s return address. If you have lost the return form, it is ok; you may download a new return form pdf, write down your order number and follow the same steps.

Depending on the options available in your country, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. Please, be sure that you ahve noted down your tracking number from the shipping company so that your return process can be completed without a delay.

Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges for international shipments. You may return your product for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.

IN HOW MANY DAYS CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

There exists NO item limitation for returning items that are  in new and unworn condition with original packaging. In case of any dissatisfaction, you can always contact us by email to [email protected]

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AFTER A RETURN?

We’ll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. Your money will be refunded withing 3-10 working days depending on your payment methods policy.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH A REFUND IN THE CAMPAIGN ORDER?

If a campaign order is canceled or refunded, given the campaign conditions continue to be met, a reufnd or exchange is made before the cancellation of the campaign. However, if the return and replacement products do not satisfy the campign conditions, the campaign will be cancelled and the fee related to the product return will be made considering the cancellation of the campaign.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As long as we don’t ship your order, you can cancel it any time you want. If not shipped yet, you find your order at this page and just click to cancel order. If your order already shipped, you need to send and e-mail to [email protected] by indicating your reason for seeking the cancelllation, as well as your order number.

DO I HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you don’t. You can place an order any time you want, even if you are not a member. But remember, our members benefit from a great many discounts and campaigns, and receive updates in new designs and developments with regard to DEAF.

I CAN’T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

This may be caused by a few reasons;

You have entered a wrong e-mail address. Unless you remember the e-mail address that you have entered in the course of signing up, there is nothing we can do. In this case, you need to sign up again or contact us on [email protected]

You have entered a wrong password. In this case, you can refresh your password by using the « I forgot my password » link

If you are a new member and have yet to click on the activation address which is indicated on the e-mail that was sent to you, you cannot acces your account.
You need to click on the activated address once in order to enter.
